12 years ago today I married my best friend. Our marriage has seen a lot in those relatively short years; but no matter what life throws at us, we always come away holding hands. This time will be no different; no matter what cancer throws at us, we’ll come out the winners.
As much as we would love to go out and celebrate, I’m still in too much pain from this most recent round. So instead of a night on the town, we’ll quietly celebrate with just a slice if wedding cake (our annual tradition) and we’ll just have to celebrate twice as much next year 🙂
I love you honey…thank you for sticking by me no matter what life has thrown at us.
