I am finally home after 5 hours of being hooked up to a total of 9 bags (5 were fluids, 2 different anti-nausea meds, adriamycin and cytoxan). Port was flushed and blood thinners were pushed in since my port will remain ‘accessed’ until I’m done with tomorrow’s appointment.
I’m exhausted and I have a screaming headache…Ted and I are laying down for a much deserved nap.
